I realize that all of you beach goers hate me right now. I can smell your dirty looks. It’s like when I mention pumpkin spice and the summer temperatures suddenly end. I know you blame the cold on me and on others like me who love the cold and the snow.
Winter is so great for me that my first wedding was snow and ice themed. Although the marriage did not last, the wedding itself was magnificent. It looked like Elsa’s frozen marriage if she ever got married. Basically, magical Disney-type winter decorations were everywhere.
You know, when it comes to decorating for the holidays, I prefer to decorate for the winter. I use a lot of Christmas trees with just lights and snowmen rather than a lot of Santas. This way I can keep the decorations for longer. If you ask my husband and sister, too long.
